PRIVATE YOGA

 The added benefit of a private one-on-one session is that individual wholistic approach. A private yoga class allows the teacher to cater to your personal or your groups needs. PRIVATE YOGA offers  a unique and personal experience to develop under careful guidance where  the student is able to progress at their own pace and can enjoy a more therapeutic experience with their practise.

Your individual yoga practise will be based on your daily lifestyle needs and adjustments made accordingly so you are always honouring where your body, heart and mind may be on any given day.

You can have private one-on-one or small group classes in the comfort and convenience of your home or office and have the teacher come to you. Also perfectly suited to friends wanting to do classes together and share the cost. Your own living room or terrace is a great space within your home to hold your own private class.

CORPORATE YOGA

Workplace Yoga where we bring the class to you! Mats and equipment are provided. Our classes  are tailored to your groups’ interests and current capabilities. Corporate Classes run up to 1 hour before work, after work or during lunch times- we can always fit in around your busy schedule. Participants are guaranteed to greet their day feeling renewed, refreshed and completely energised.

CONFERENCES & EVENTS

We also offer group yoga sessions for conferences. We are happy to discuss any concepts, themes or ideas you may have in mind such as team building incorporating partner yoga or restorative yoga classes to help to completely relax and destress as well as meditation and mindfulness workshops.

YOGA IN SCHOOLS

Yoga in schools is a program designed to empower both teachers and students in an environment that will promote lifetime wellness. Through yoga-inspired exercises participants will develop body-mind awareness, with the ability to control their own well-being as well as learning to practise the art of mindfulness.
